Occupied Baluchistan: Hunger strike camp for release of Zakir Majeed Baloch entered into 102nd day but there is no information of Zakir Majeed’s whereabouts so far. A large number of people protest outside Quetta press club here on Monday. Addressing the protesters and media men Zakir Majeed Sisters said that the family has been sitting on protest for more than hundred days but the ignorance of the state (Pakistan) is unimaginable. “If Pakistan has even a shred of decency then they should surface Zakir Majeed and present him to their own court of law for a trial”. Zakir was struggling for human dignity, disappearing people for years like this shows the state’s savageness and uncivilised manners, he said. She appealed to all human loving organizations, Religions and Nations to take notice of State atrocities and play their vital role to save the life of her brother and thousands of other Baloch illegally detained persons.

Baluch genocide continues; bodies of three missing Baluch persons discovered

Occupied Baluchistan: The Pakistani military’s death squad Sipah-e-Shohad-e-Baluchistan, which the Baluch people has named as Sipah-e-Punjab, continue to killed the Baluch disappeared political activists. Three bodies of Baloch abducted person have been recovered in past 24 hours.

According to details the dead bodies of Zuhaib Roudini and Khan Mohammad Baluch were found in Fairozabad area near Khuzdar on Satruday (14.08-2010). The relative of these Baluch martyrs have said that they were abducted by the Pakistani Para-military forces from Khuzdar some weeks ago. Eye-witnesses said that the victims had been severely torture prior to their death.

Occupied Baluchistan: The protest of Zakir Majeed Baluch’s family has entered its 65th day today. The family has begun their protest from Karachi press club but later moved to Baluchistan's capital city Quetta. The respected mother of Mr. Majeed Baluch has repeatedly requested the Internal and International Human Rights Organisations, the UN [HCR] and other concerned bodies to take notice of the forced-disappearances of thousands of Baluch including her son. But unfortunately, neither the UN nor other human rights organisations have noticed her call for justice. The International Organisations currently present in Baluchistan also failed raise the issue of forced-disappearances of Baluch students, political activists, lawyers and doctors either In on international level or with Pakistani authorities.

Occupied Baluchistan: Relatives of missing persons organised demonstrations outside the Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday.

The rally, held under the aegis of the rights organisation Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VFBMP), emerged from the Quetta Press Club and culminated at the BHC where the protestors staged a sit-in. The protestors, mostly women and children, carried placards, banners and photographs of their missing relatives.
